Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our swimming equipment, lifeguard gear, and water sports products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include your order number, items to return (name, size, color), reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Please:

  • Include the RMA number clearly on the package
  • Use the original packaging when possible
  • For exchanges, indicate the replacement item details inside

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened personal care products (ear drops, nose clips, etc.)
  • Used swimwear (except for manufacturing defects)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Electronics with broken seals (waterproof headphones, swim trackers)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (processing times vary by financial institution)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Not refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received, using your preferred shipping method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount
  • Processing may take additional time for international shipments
