Our Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items and opened swimwear may not be returned (see exceptions below).

How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Please:
- Include the RMA number clearly on the package
- Use the original packaging when possible
- For exchanges, indicate the replacement item details inside the package

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (processing times vary by financial institution)
- Original Shipping Costs: Not refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received, using your preferred shipping method
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened personal care products (ear drops, nose clips, etc.)
- Used swimwear (except for manufacturing defects)
- Custom or special order items
- Electronics with broken seals (waterproof headphones, swim trackers)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount
- Processing may take additional time for international shipments
