For competitive swimwear, we recommend checking the specific brand’s sizing as performance gear often runs tighter than recreational swimwear. Do you offer products for competitive swimmers?

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx with tracking
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally to most countries, helping swimmers and water sports enthusiasts worldwide access premium gear. Currently, we’re unable to ship to some remote areas in Asia and a few other locations. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey to you.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees or import taxes may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Swimwear must have hygiene seals intact
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
